

Our Head Chef Marc Soper is an award winning chef with an impressive CV. Having worked in some of New Zealand’s best restaurants including Partington’s at the Langham and Mollies Boutique hotel in Auckland, Marc headed overseas for a culinary tour around the USA and Europe which included time at the highly regarded Culinary Institute of America, the French Laundry in the Napa Valley and 3 star Michelin restaurant, Residenz Heinz Winkler, in Germany.
Marc has a passion for fresh flavours and unique food combinations using only the very best local produce and looks forward to serving you at the Wellesley soon.
Maginnity’s serves breakfast from 7.00am to 10:00am Monday to Friday, and 8.00am to 10.30am on Saturday and Sunday, lunch from 12 noon Monday to Friday and dinner from 6.00pm- 9.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
